Step 1:
Assemble Strain Relief (A) to the Main Body (B). Make sure that both of the tabs on the Strain Relief fit into the slots in the Main Body.
Step 2:
Insert the Pin Mold (C) into the Metal Cover (D). Align the key in the Metal Cover with the slot in the Pin Mold and push the Pin Mold all the way past the three tabs on the Metal Cover.
Step 3:
Push in three tabs on the Metal Cover (D).
Step 4:
Bend the metal cable crimp up against the cable insulation and crimp the cable to the Metal Cover (D).
Step 5:
Slide the Main Body assembly over the Metal Cover until it locks into place. Align the tab on the Main Body with the slot in the Metal Cover (D).
