Kycon, Inc. is aware of the REACH regulation requirements and will continue to provide updates as more information is received.

Products that are imported to the EU must be registered if the substance in question is intentionally released under normal conditions of use and if the released substance is present in those articles is in quantities totaling over 1 metric ton per year. To the best of our knowledge, Kycon does not produce any articles that fall under these criteria.

Currently, there are 16 SVHC substances on the draft list. The ECA is scheduled to publish a final list in June 2009. Kycon may be able to provide data regarding the substances on the draft list, but will not provide full declarations until the final list is approved. Please contact Kycon Sales for any data requirements.
